What I Wore Wednesday

It's time for...
What I Wore Wednesday.

This is for you Theresa Drake & Kim White.

Above is a favorite thrift store skirt paired with my go-to black sweater & Dana Buchman boots.  I needed a little pop of color so I added the sparkly pin.  These dreary winter days are getting on my last nerve.

The weather called for snuggly.  So, I pulled out my J.Jill sweater dress that I got at 1/2 of 1/2 ages ago.  Paired it with my J.Jill jean jacket & that scarf I love.  My Guess brown boots are on their last winter...the heels are beyond repair. So, consider these next few weeks their farewell tour.

Sporting my new stocking cap from Jill at 99wpm blog & her You Are So Loved project.  It was a quiet day in the office, so jeans it was paired with a sweater from The Pink Suitcase & jeans.

My February bracelet arrived! As an anniversary gift, The Gunny got me a bracelet a month for a year.  Awesome gift.  I wore another sweater from The Pink Suitcase.  It's all in the details with this sweater.  I think I walk out of the house every day with a scarf due to the cold.

Macy's is closing at a "dead" mall not far from our house.  I picked up this blouse there for SUPER cheap.  Threw it on with some Levis, pulled on my orange blazer & booties & called it good.  It's a nice POP of color for winter.

And, then the SNOW came.  And, I worked from home in this lovely ensemble.  Just thought I'd keep it real.

Snow.  Snow.  And, more snow.  I'm not a fan.

This week is jammed pack with meetings.  So, I had to pull out some of the old business attire.  I LOVE THIS JACKET! The Gunny bought it for me a few years back from Charlotte Russe.  Everywhere I go people comment on it.  It is so fun!  I paired it with simple black slacks, a black turtleneck & pearls.

Today is simple.  I put on a thrifted Espirit skirt from several years ago.  My Guess boots.  A crisp white blouse.  And, my trusty orange blazer.

So, there ya have it.

What I Wore.
