"Treat Your Teacher" Challenge

A little sidenote:  Thank you all yesterday for your kind & encouraging words as I shared my heart.  The kind comments you poured out on Facebook & Instagram were a soothing balm & calmed all my fears of being so transparent.  I'm so glad you weren't disappointed that What I Wore Wednesday:  Stripped Down wasn't about thrifting my unmentionables.

Now, let's talk treats & teachers....

I'm throwing it down, my friends.  I'm challenging you to Treat Your Teachers!  And, the R.E.A.L. challenge is for those of you (who like me) who don't have kids in elementary school!  What!?!?!?!?

You mean junior high & high school teachers like to be appreciated?

Uh, yeah.  Yeah, they do.

I know it's a busy season.  I really do.  I'm a full-time workin', husband-lovin', mother of three.  I know that time is limited.  But, while you're sitting there on your backside watching an episode of some trashy reality show (no judging...okay, maybe there is some judging), keep your fingers busy & put together a little something for those awesome teachers.  It can be as simple as the treats I put together below.

I just deliver (or have one of my sons deliver) the treats to the school office & have the treats placed in the teachers' mailboxes.  I always tuck in a treat for the office staff as well.

This was so simple.  Cello bags & cute ribbon that said "Keep Calm" & had a picture of a teacup.  Each bag held 4 different types of hot tea & a few packets of Sugar in the Raw.  I had great intentions of getting honey sticks, but I ran out of time.  So, you know what....I went with what I had.

Teacher gifts don't have to be elaborate.  Just something that lets you know you appreciate them.

Join me in the "Treat Your Teacher" Challenge!

Share with me how you "treated" your kiddos' teachers!
Tag me on IG (jillywilliams) or leave a comment or link below!

PS:  Here was our October treat...
